Return/Refund Policy
VISIONARY allows refunds if the item has not been processed. Once item has been processed and shipped, we don’t accept refunds UNLESS item is damaged. If item is damaged, please contact us with proof of damage VIA email (shown below).
If item gets lost in transit, please call the postal service. We send items to them and they are responsible for getting it to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
